The purpose of the app is not to put the CAT therapy into the mobile phone of the patient.
The core purpose of the app is to give a portable and non-intrusive means by which a client can start to recognise and (hopefully) revise the roles and procedures that maintain their difficulties.
The app usefully does away with paper and pen recording sheets that clients say are potentially embarrassing.
